Looking for a blanket loan
Any advice about getting a blanket loan to cover a few of my conventional mortgages?
Looking to free up a few more for additional purchases.
All my properties are in Tennessee thus far.

Restrictions for conventional financing are based on the number of mortgaged Properties, not the number of mortgages.
