I’ve been having issues with this PM company for awhile now as I think they’re overcommitted— lack of communication (I didn’t find out this particular tenant was 24 days late on rent until I called them), accounting errors in their favor I can’t seem to get resolved, etc.

Get the vendor to submit a report to you documenting that they were there and the tenant signed off that the issue was now resolved.

@Ericka Grant I really enjoy living here, but I wouldn't want to invest here just due to having to deal with the inefficiencies of the city.I don't have a GC that's compatible with East Point, but I could give you the names of the REA's that are the major players in the neighborhood.
