How relevant is having a certificate of occupancy when buying a property (multifamily or single home).

You can ask questions that pertain to them being a protected class all day long as long as it has relevance and isn't being used to discriminate against them.

If you are using your own money to buy fix and sell, % or return on investment becomes relevant.
