there are a lot of deals going on in our market..you should check regularly to keep update. the prices have went up fast but we are starting to see a slow down and buyers and not that aggressive like they used to be :)Bonyton Beach,Delray,Boca Deerfield and some parts of pompano should work well for Vacation Rental..Good luck!!
