I originally saw it as car "wrapping" and was used by record labels promoting new records/artists.My .02 here, next time you are on the highway and see a phone number on a bumper try to remember it by the time you get home. 

I know we also have Philadelphia Speaks, so would not look to set up a site with message boards etc. and would only need to get participation from people who wanted to promote local events and/or agents who wanted to list real estate.

A wholesaler, on the other hand, typically has no intention to take possession of the property his/herself.Now, paying finders or referral fees is where you can run into legal issues in some jurisdictions.  

My current one is unaware of how wholesaling works and is not much of a creative thinker...Any referrals would be greatly appreciated!

By sourcing non-local professionals, you have a larger pool to choose from and a better chance at finding someone that fits your needs.If you want to use someone local, call the state CPA board and ask for a referral.

I say this because not only are they Usually more familiar with the law and regulations,  but they can provide great referrals.

I'll make sure they know who reccommended them so you get the credit or even referral fee if they have one. 

It's so wonderful to have a place to come to where people are supportive, provide great feedback and seem to be generally interested in promoting this business as a whole.

If you want someone local, you can ask BP members who are local to you for referrals.

Nope, not at all close, there is a difference between being promoted in an organization and selling your way to the top recruiting others under you, no financial sales organization allows just anyone to be their district manager.......but great sales can help you get promoted, but you're not entitled to a promotion based simply on sales.
