Hey @Brad Chandler .  I do not know this particular company but the idea is older than I am.  This was HUGELY popular in the late 90s early 2000s and was pitched as passive income while driving.  I originally saw it as car "wrapping" and was used by record labels promoting new records/artists.

My .02 here, next time you are on the highway and see a phone number on a bumper try to remember it by the time you get home.  Then imagine someone else doing the same.
