Good Morning BP,

I am not sure if anyone else is having this issue but H&R Block is completely confused by my taxes in Victorville, CA. They say because I am a RE Investor that I can not claim expenses such as travel/hotels, because they are not an expense for investments and several other things I don't want to get into here.

Can anyone recommend a good CPA or Tax Professional in the Inland Empire, CA that understands Rental Properties and what it takes to be an out of state landlord?
