He is a grown man, yet you get him a car, let him use your EZ-Pass, put a roof over his head, pay the utilities, let him take free showers in YOUR house and don't demand rent from him.....please don't tell me you also cook his meals and wash his clothes.

Agents downplay a home’s flaws, they push for higher offers, and they put absurd time limits on offers that pressure people to just take the deal on the table, etc.Showing homes is a legitimate service that agents provide, and Open Listings has already figured out that there is an army of underworked agents willing to show homes for $20/hour.Fear is a great motivator.
