Agents downplay a home’s flaws, they push for higher offers, and they put absurd time limits on offers that pressure people to just take the deal on the table, etc.Showing homes is a legitimate service that agents provide, and Open Listings has already figured out that there is an army of underworked agents willing to show homes for $20/hour.Fear is a great motivator.
