It is a Mobile home with the lot for sale for 45000.

I'm in need of a real estate agent in Mobile Alabama who has a very strong network and history of working with investors.

It has an older mobile home, 1968, on a foundation with septic and fairly new drilled well 2008.

What other layout changes would be needed to have it be 4bdr and have a deluxe modern master suite?
