There was an increase in escrows closed so far this month and more houses in the "pending" file.I've been seeing some "sold" signs on properties.Mortgage brokers are seeing an increase in applications, but unable to fund many of them due to new bank restrictions.Personally, about half of the applicants for my current vacancy have told me that they plan to buy this spring..... thus garnering themselves an automatic rejection.
