Apparently that's just a way for them to make additional money.So, I feel your pain, but in the end I would try to make a reasonable assessment of the situation and then figure out how to proceed.The Lesson learned for me on this was - always get a termite inspection first.

The partner also claimed to have broken her knee cap falling in the driveway rolling the trash container up from the street; when I commented it must be pretty painful walking around on it as I watched her do so she said she had a "high pain threshold".Sometimes it's just better to either take these complaints with a grain of salt (so to speak) or charge the tenants for these nonsense service calls.Gail
