My plan is: Sending out a text blast using Reach.com, calling the individuals that do not respond and direct mailing the rest.

Over the course of two months, I was in contact with my homeowners and individuals interested in my services, most notably those who wished to increase the curb appeal of their property, as they wish to sell it.

My main reason for this post here, is to connect with current investors and get a little face-to-face or keyboard-to-keyboard insight that provides a little more answering to some of my questions as well as networking with successful individuals in the community.
