As yall could see I was under the impression that FHA was for mainly for FTHB.

It feels like this weird grey area of me wanting to work for them and them wanting to know who I am first and we're both trying to impress each other?

Just sharing a story , He left a good impression me , and I was pleased that I left a good enough impression on him that he would want to rent from me again .
