Old tenant gives me a call out of the blue ......

I just got a call from an old tenant ,  guy , married with 2 kids . He was a great tenant , on time and left the place spotless .  He moved from Maryland to West Virginia , for good job and cheaper housing . Well good job lasted 6 months after the building was done . He has worked in 4 different states away from his family to pay bills , living in his camper .  He says "I am coming back , do you have anything available ? "  Told him "no not right now . ( I wish I did )   But let me make some calls and see what I can find."    I asked about a job ?   He is down here sleeping on a friends couch and has some prospects . ( he does HVAC and Electrical )   A job wont be a problem for him , he is a worker .  

He is the type of tenant you dream about , hard working family man that takes care of business .

Just sharing a story , He left a good impression me , and I was pleased that I left a good enough impression on him that he would want to rent from me again .  You always  hear all the horror stories of bad tenants , rarely do you hear the good ones .    Its one of the reasons I only have class b properties . I get some class A tenants
