How do you take care of your realtor in this situation?

I wouldn't care if it were a pit bull, a box turtle or a run of the mill alley cat.No pets means no pets.

Not something I care to deal with.Also, a problem tenant is never good, but it's even worse when they're in an adjoining unit and you can't even get rid of them because they're not your tenant.

Obviously if I were concerned about the safety, I wouldn't live in it, but just because the windows aren't large enough for the code doesn't mean there aren't safe exits.I don't think a building inspector would care because I'm not talking about "adding another dwelling to the building."

You have health care covered for little costs.

My biggest advice would be to tread carefully, as there are plenty of war zones and just generally undesirable areas.

I do not particularly care for maintaining my mobile homes from tenants, and feel that a seller financing avenue would benefit me a lot more.

This is because your recourse is limited with people who don't care about (or don't know about) FICO scores, credit reporting bureaus, judgments, etc.

Could also have not been taken care of- lots of maintenance.
