Is it just a leak, a small one, or is there extensive damage?

So obviously I would no longer have enough income even to get a Chevron gas card at that point.

one of our rental house has crack in bathtub floor and it leak some so room next door has little damp floor and started building up mold( it is about 2-3 inch) . 

Keyless entry, Arlo camera at entryway/ driveway, wifi thermostats, leak sensors and a integrated water main shutoff valve.

The yard was overgrown, there was a leak in the roof that had made the sheetrock fall out in the kitchen.

Example - The new roof from last year starts leaking, causing large damage inside the building and the contractor is not responding.It is vital that you have the correct processes and contracts in place before work starts.

Basically, I am wondering if anyone knows if I might ever be liable for the other two owners water heaters if they were to leak and flood units below them. 

Hot water baseboard heat (gas boiler).

The fact that they have to pay for gas to heat up the water helps stop over usage.

Someone has to go over at 2am when there's a roof leak.
