They did not put up much of a fight and gave my money back. ( But the fine print on the contract scared me, I read it days after signing ) I don't know how good that course is, but I have since learned that if you are interested in a course like that, do your homework, dont go in there clueless.

Rather getting paid per lead, i just receive a flat fee.... truly hands off after setting up.... but there are some people who enjoy the physical aspect of bird dogging (ie calling, setting up ads etc) which is fine, but i prefer setting up a squeeze page and maintenance.

I do pull title on those and go through it with a fine tooth comb.If I were you, and I was OK with the physical faults with the property, I would just do my due diligence on the title, and proceed with it if comfortable with whats on it.

It is not a huge number of points, but if you were near an important threshhold (if you have a 742 FICO, of example) it can cost you big.App-ing with three lenders is fine, because if the applications are within the same month, they will be considered part of the same search for credit by FICO.But once you have a pre-approval, move fast.

The assumptions are, someone bought it and are reselling it, fine, the other assumption by Realtors can be it's a wholesaler and they may start a ball rolling against you.
