I would further ask them questions about what features would make my property sell fast and for top dollar, and I would give the listing to the agent who I liked the most.

It can be invested in a mutual fund like annuity featuring bonds or stocks, with loan provisions. 

The most and I would argue most important feature in an investment property is current cash flow.

I've had nothing but problems logging in on iPad ever since BP decided to add the chat feature (bandwidth hog).

For instance, if a comp has a feature yours did not have there will be a $$ amount adjustment.

I'm concerned about the neighborhood and how it is, how old the home is, and what features it has.
