The people with the new fancy cars, trendy clothes, and a $300 a month cappuccino habit are no happier than you or me, and actually may have MORE financial stress.  

Often times people are presumed to be wealthy because they live in a big house or drive a fancy car, but I would argue that alone usually doesn't tell you how well the person is really doing financially. 

In the 4.5 years I have been a part of BP I can tell you it is a part of my daily routine.  

He makes $24 an hour, is married, and has a 3 year old at home.The other guy got back $3,000 on his tax return and spent almost the entire thing buying his wife a fancy diamond ring.

a $1,000 a month lease on a fancy BMW X5 would cost you only $630 a month once you factor in the tax advantages. 

Reading more real estate and business related books is something I am trying to implement into my daily routine with an overall goal of reading 12 books this year.

I don't plan to blow money on fancy toys in my early years.
