Unlike other liens, tax liens to do "fall off" after a period of time

I actually looked seriously at a property in Holt this past fall as a rental, but in the end it didn't make sense for me.

Lets play hypothetical:)  my wife falls in love with a flip that we did, its financed with hard money and now she is really really wants too move into the home and make it our primary residence. 

I'm not so naive as to think the gun will save my butt in an up-close-and-personal situation but it does give me the confidence to not be scared and a victim and serves as a constant reminder to be observant and vigilant about my surroundings.  

I hope and pray everyone reads this trend and, does not fall for "John Botros" scams.

The deal ended up falling apart but we chatted quite a bit throughout the process. 

I don't really fall into any of those categories but I am in georgia as well.
