I don't think I am getting max value for my spend so I am switching to the Spark Visa business card and will use that for 2020 because of the 200,000 miles sign up bonus. 

Let the market crash, pay bonuses to my executives, myself and then be deemed to big to fail #get a bailoutRinse and repeat!

The profits go to hubby and me via our corporation and daughter gets a bonus based on the profit.

Its under 15.00 and gives you a lot of bonus content.

You essentially offer some enticing bit of information, or a freebie, or a discount, in order to generate that click to your landing page.

Without the 30 year term, this move becomes much less enticing. 

Are cash gifts/bonuses too weird?

@Jack Sullivan- thanks ....fyi -if you make a move to a  job that pays  commission/  bonus or overtime  income - you will likely need a  solid two years  of tax returns from this posiiton  in order to  qualify for a loan .....if you buy and use  present  job - your  base salary / wage  will likely be usable for  qualifying 

It looks enticing in this market, doesn't it?

For out of state investors, and new investors especially, there's too much risk involved even if the bargain basement prices seem enticing.
