Very important - please include what your land is zoned for and whether it is out in the country or within city limits.I want to know what raw land is worth typically in areas that won't be developed for a long period of time and if buying near a city has any pros/cons.All input is welcome.

Would it be possible to have the seller retain a partial ownership interest in the property as a TIC and then have them essentially phase out their ownership interest over a period?

They include loan payments, taxes, insurance, utilities, and any other costs that occur during the Rehab period and up until the property is fully rented.

The serious ones ask for an application either before the appointment to bring with them or at the appointment and usually bring it back during my 2-hour showing period or email it to me that day.
