There are multiple violations and we are sure that we will win the case. 

Deals can be hard to identify so as long as it meets your goals, met the metrics and items you discovered in due diligence it should be a great win.

Definitely run your numbers and if you are breaking even and living for free/ most of your mortgage is covered, that is a win.
