No experience, no money...where should I start?
I want to get started in real estate investing. My wife and I spent the last 5 years paying off $150k of debt (car, credit cards, student loans, medical bills, etc.). We have a toddler and another one on the way in a month. I work a full-time job. We are completely debt free now. How do you recommend I get started?
I recently attended a 3 day REIA seminar for free, only to discover on the last day that in order to join their program it would cost $60k+. That was a hard no from me. I left definitely feeling motivated to find a better and affordable way to get started. Ayudame! :)
