That is really cheap considering where I live (Dallas), you could hardly buy a single decent house at that price.

I was selling professionally for a high tech company and made some really decent money.

If you look as some less traditional  properties, for example townhouses NEAR the beach but not right ON the beach, or downtown FWB, etc, you can actually get some pretty decent options, especially if you are willing to remodel a bit. 

I’ll let the commercial brokers chime in, but I would predict you’ll be well over $1M to find something decent.

I know it's aggressive maybe stupid but I hope market will be the same if not better since I really dont know what will come and can only bet on what it is now.

I purchased a single family home in an area I knew would have no problem filling vacancies and would generate decent rent. 

Since most lawns seem to be decently mowed since it’s not a major expense, I rarely ran across overgrown lawns.

I have saved up around $100k and I am interested in investing in  multi-family real estate in LA ,but the housing price is very high and out of budget as you can’t find a decent property for less than $1M. 

I guess my issue is finding a decent deal to dive into.

I thought the price I put on the unit was a decent price point compared to what I had seen.
