Hey guys so I just got married 3 weeks ago and lost my job about a month ago. I was selling professionally for a high tech company and made some really decent money. I have paid off all my debts and have about 6 months of cash reserves. I’m very energetic and understand the concept of wholesaling because I was a reseller for about 6 years selling servers and switches. If anybody is in the Woodbridge, Va area. I’m looking for a mentor who is willing to show me the way she in return. I can find deals, send out mailers, and make cold calls happily! Basically the work no one likes to do ;-)

Wholesaling is not as easy as the gurus make it seem. A person can drop seven grand a month in the marketing easy. There have been months I have dropped more than that. I’m not a Whole Seller per se, but I have wholesaled some of my deals if I had my platter full at the moment. You seem to have great ambition and you might be the next big thing. :-)
