Especially if your going to fix and flip to try and do that from out of state is pretty tough and very dangerous in my mind..

Its backbreaking dangerous work .

They smoke inside the unit, they've stolen packages from other tenants, they have explosives (fireworks) left in the hallway, they have both hallways blocked with personal items, they are trying to blackmail us by withholding rent so that we extend their lease until 2022.

There are some that are much safer than others, and there are areas of each one of those cities that are more dangerous than others.

Only if the animal was deemed to be dangerous because of a prior history or if it will cause undue financial hardship to the landlord like if your insurance company threaten to drop your coverage or raise it substantially because of a certain dog breed.But even then it’s an uphill climb.
