I think great to give people a book to read to answer their questions.The truth is if you REALLY want to get involved in something get ready to LEARN.If you can't be bothered to read a book for a week, you're not ready to invest.

Hello, I am wondering what everyone thinks about owning a (long-term) rental home in the Salmon Creek are in Vancouver, WA 98686. 

I've been doing this for 20 years, and I still think buying existing properties is the best option.

I think we will keep doing what we are doing with making our current required payments.

I'd love to scale upwards to those mini-multifamily properties of 8-12 units, but I think taking some baby steps first will help learn and be better prepared for those larger scale properties.
