Great choice focusing on mortgage note investing (best way to get into real estate in my opinion).Would love to hear your thoughts on the strategy you'll pursue to get into the secondary mortgage market.What type of loans (1st, 2nd, performing/non-performing, state-specific, etc)? 

The woman is generally more responsible, more consistent income (I know that most of the rest often comes from her), ambitious and does most of what it takes to keep the place looking nice.

I worked hard and sacrificed a lot as a 26-year-old RN to finally own a property and was excited to implement the strategies that I have learned through the biggerpockets community.

This is a long game, not a short-term gain strategy.

I’m really into value add real estate strategies, buy and hold, raw land, trailer parks, tiny homes, micro units, agriculture, sub-to, creative finance. 

Since the seller may not have enough equity to cover traditional commissions, what are some alternative arrangements or strategies that can ensure fair compensation for the realtor involved?

I find this corporate rental flip strategy rewarding, leveraging rental income for substantial returns.
