Hi everyone, I just want to take action this year. Hopefully meet all of you wonderful people.

I want to invest in CA. I know it sounds insane but I’m willing to invest in this wonderful place. I’m willing to look into investing out of state if I can trust the people on the other end of things. 

I’m really into value add real estate strategies, buy and hold, raw land, trailer parks, tiny homes, micro units, agriculture, sub-to, creative finance. 

I think I’ve watched enough podcast on real estate videos to have a good understanding of what I’m doing. I just never paid for the 10k programs so I don’t have the proper paperwork to make a deal happen, so that’s my biggest flaw for sure.
