This old house has a video on it, lots of sheet plastic, duct tape, rain suit, mask, goggles, big wetvac, fan and boxes to dispose of the waste.

Shingles and siding are really not a big deal, asbestos becomes an issue when particles are released into the air and you inhale them...say for example if you were sanding floor tiles or cutting an old insulated duct with a sawzall.

If it's on the duct work typically people just encapsulate it so that it can't be disturbed and it's the most cost-effective and easy method.

Overall medium level interior pieces, butcher block / quartz counter tops, clean designs. think accent walls like the board baton look and pop of color here or there.

I NEVER understand why Owners often put in a solid color, or those super cheap, flat carpets!
