Josh, when you are working with your lender to select a loan program they should tell you if your loan is a Fannie/Freddie product.

Prices throughout the economy would be based on the actual costs of production.

If people can use the time more productively, a longer commute will become less of a big deal to a lot of people.

Things may change but if there is not current demand for the product, pass and put it in a tickler file for down the road.Example, one deal I passed on, only took a minute to do that.

I would assume that because it is a product of after-tax contributions, then there should be a solution to being able to set up a ROTH IRA investment in real estate.To clarify, the reason I ask is that I have quite a bit of money invested into a ROTH IRA account that I would like to invest in real estate, whereas my 401k and Rollover IRA is currently tied up with my employer.Thanks in advance for any/all feedback!
