I am thinking of buying a property in Saskatoon and house hack it  while living on a small town and paying rent because this is where my job is, given the circumstances, it's tough to just leave and look for another job.

However due to some unexpected circumstances we are unable to move in that house.

I try and tell all friends and family I won’t rent to them but this seems like a little bit different circumstance.

But the circumstances around the decision could also take away from Huntsville what it may truly deserve. 

With COVID I am not able to go due to some family circumstances.

Does anyone know who got around this or any lender that has lend out in a similar circumstance?

Just in case circumstances change with your tenant change, you've got an easier out than you would with so much time left on the lease.

I am reaching out to this forum if anyone has been in such a circumstance and if I stand a chance taking this to the court?
