You should explore the "dash board"  there is so much good information available you can pick and choose just what you want to learn. 

I decided to do the smallest investment they had, because I figured a couple grand if it didn’t work out I could chalk it up to life experience and learning.I purchased the mobile home for I think $~2000.

And am excited to get more but i know with my checkered passed the board wont grant me a license so wholesaling is off the table cause I'm not risking it to risky.  

Continue to be above board and ethical and business will start to take you at your word.
