I  was looking at Carmel Indiana which seems to be class B properties but I like the zip code you gave me, a bit more affordable, and they multi-family. are you more cash flow investor because the appreciation isn't very high in those zip code.

Actually had a deal recently which involved very little down, seller financing, a double closing, no title company, no title insurance but only a $100k profit, but too much work for me so I'm buying a boat.

@Jimmy ChaoA lot of my problems happen, down in the low C-class property class that I rent in, because of straightforward mental illness.

No need to rock the boat, but also don't want to miss out on income potential.

I am curious if you have any insights into this real estate class and how it is performing in Odgen?
