Renters left house in awful condition with **** on the floor and sex toys lying around. BP Landlords, share to us your worst or weirdest experience with tenants.

@Jimmy Chao

A lot of my problems happen, down in the low C-class property class that I rent in, because of straightforward mental illness. I don't like telling those stories because it's way too much like picking on the disabled. I realize that's not what you're thinking, Jimmy, but that's often how it is. People in deep general depression and stress-related cognitive dysfunction, age-related dementia, paranoia, schizophrenia, all kinds of things.
