First deal, trying to invest in multi family
Hey guys! Is it possible to buy my first apartment complex with no money. I was thinking of getting a loan from a hard money lender just for my first investment. A loan for the down payment and closing costs. What you guys think?

I agree with Erik but with the right deal you never know what's possible. Perhaps you could work something where they provide the down payment and you put up the rehab costs and you split things when you sell or refinance. However, a 100% hard money loan is unlikely.
