I signed up for the package with an actual instructor you can call or email which was helpful to get some clarification on some things I had questions about.

My agent told me an FHA loan is one time thing. I was under the impression that I could have another FHA loan if the first loan was either payed off or refinanced into a conventional. Is she right?
