How many FHA loans can you attain?
My agent told me an FHA loan is one time thing. I was under the impression that I could have another FHA loan if the first loan was either payed off or refinanced into a conventional. Is she right?

If you refinance into a conventional loan, yes you can get another fha loan. I think you just have to stay for a year before you turn it into a conventional.
