I have tried to start a property preservation business in the past, but it failed in my small town because everyone was already using Servepro and another franchise to do all of that for them at the time.

Previously if you wanted a job paying several hundred thousand dollars you about had to live in a town of over a million people. 

There aren't zombies in this town, just vampires.  

However, we just heard that the area, and specifically our town, is considering new regulations and wanted to see if anybody has any advice.

I also called the town to get more information about short term rentals, economic growth, and other statistics.
