(Dis)advantages of buying a house next to a cemetery
Looking at a house to purchase to rent (not sure if short, medium or long) that is surrounded on one side by a decent sized cemetery. Right now it has a chain link fence and its at a dead end. I think a privacy fence along that edge would mentally maybe make a difference. Also concerned that the county bought the land across the street and chain linked it all up (not sure what they plan with that, any way to find out). But all in all a good price, quiet house in an upcoming neighborhood.
Thoughts???

Advantages:
1. No neighbor on that side = quiet
2. Nice view and a great place for a tenant to go for nice walks
3. The cemetery groundskeeper will likely keep the place nice and will pick up garbage along the street and entrance
Disadvantages:
1. Ground zero for the zombie apocalypse
