Do I need to have an LLC set up prior to obtaining a loan or can I have the mortgage in my name but then still buy the property under the LLC name? 

I want to target things no more than 50 minutes otherwise I don't feel I can manage it well enough.

If you can produce $71K off this property, I would say purchase it  immediately, but I am afraid it will be closer to $40K-$50K  annually currently, if it is set up and updated properly.I would love to hear what others think of these numbers....
