I have built up my stock portfolio enough to cover all costs for purchasing my first 4 unit multifamily and will do so once I graduate from school. 

Also, while this home is in an excellent area with great schools, its located on a very busy road.  

Local government workers, hospitals, schools etc.

It will probably be zoned “Residential”, butthe Railroad will not sale it without putting covenants on it, thatno human habitation (home, daycare, school, retirement home, etc) canbe built there.

I just know it's a safe bet with growing population, good taxes, good schools, fair laws.

I have a personal residence and almost 500k in medical school debt.

Getting enrolled into a RE school is only the beginning.

I would love to get involved as soon as possible but I have so much to learn and not a lot of time right now with my school work among other commitments in college.

Wauwatosa is a top choice, Washington Heights offers a similar feel minus the school district and at a lower price point.

I have the stipend for 2 more years after this school year (it has to be renewed yearly but that's basically a sure thing).
