I would definitely add security cameras, gravel, and maybe a fence if I was in your shoes. 

If the shoes were reversed, I'd be calling too.. so it's definitely not "crap" it's what you get paid for!

If you are looking to sell PPE then identify and get in good with those vendors.One big exception is work boots/safety shoes. typically the company arranges some kind of shoe voucher for new boots every 1-2 years.individuals and small time companies are probably buying from big box hardware stores.

I was in your shoes a few months ago.

I'm using the 1/2" by 3/4" shoe molding which is less than $2 for 8 feet. 

Im sure I can tie my shoe, or get my duffle bag ready in that time.TL;DR, dont buy smart keys, they usually are a fast way for a free pass to a smart thief. 

I know if i were in their shoes i would be handling this a lot different and i know if they were in our shoes they would probably feel the same way we do.
