Its existance in the water,if known to the buyer,may be a material fact in deciding to buy or not.FYIFrom what I have read, the risk can, albiet small , extend to warm water bodies,natural and man made,even hot tubs ,even food .

yea goettl just expensive and a huge company. also i did not know some companies did duct cleaning. i work for Hot Cold Air Heating and Cooling, for any future fixes, or questions on your ac system.
