Here in NJ we're at about $25-35/sq ft for total gut rehabs.We're on the low end for single families with your basic 4 bed, 2 bath, central air/heat, stainless steel kitchen, new windows, siding, roof, electric and plumbing.The high end is for multi families that are larger, require more siding, multiple boilers/water heaters, more windows, kitchens etc.We basically service the 1st time buyer market.

Numerous people walking about, talking, some with drinks in their hands, noisy laughter from the living room and kitchen, and then 4 large women dressed in black came and sat at the side of my bed, 3 on the left side, massaging my left leg, hip to toes, and one on the right leg, massaging thigh to just above ankle.
