Today there was an article in a major newpaper on line which described an investor who is auctioning off many of his Florida properties with no reserve.

I looked up First American on the internet and they are in linked to BOA because there are some problems with their over appraising.My sister says they just value your house above where the loan needs to be and I know that can happen.

I was wondering if anyone has recommendations for places to purchase "I BUY HOUSES" type signs from the internet.
