thoughts on including utilities vs not

I had a great idea the other day but I wanted to gather some insight on including or excluding utils. I live in the dowstairs apartment of a place that I own. I am changing my television and internet service and it dawned on me that it will cost no more to me to provide tv service and internet(wireless) to them. By doing this they will not have additional bill to remember and I can increase the rent to provide some cover on this expense. Thoughts on utils?
thanks!
