I think 15 year loans get slightly less interest rates (about .5%), but the payment is still much higher vs the 30 year loan.Also, if you google "15 vs 30 year mortgage" a lot of articles come up with information on how to decide between the two.

Hi @Tarcizio Goncalves,If you're looking for bank owned properties in MA only and don't want a pay a fee to sites like those, do a google search for buybankreo and just click on the REO Property Search link on the menu. that will let you auto filter to "specifically" all of the bank owned & short sale listings in the MLS for whatever area you're looking for in MA.

@Tryson Mook, google "corporate addendum" and look at some samples from banks.Some clauses only apply to foreclosed properties, but you can get the general clauses and idea from it.
