Ready to learn a new trade

Hi I'm Lewis and brand new to this line of work. Still pretty green but soon I will pick up enough to get by. Can't wait to hear some advice and ask questions directly to the professionals instead of google. In the process of getting myself licensed. Goals: Short term- Decide where in real estate I want to begin, learn the business, and use that knowledge to start a path to a successful career. Long term- I want to invest in multi family properties and rentals so I can create a comfortable cash flow to enjoy life and leave my children a business they can grow.
